About Diana Orlando: Therapist & mindset coach for entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and change makers

Hi! I'm Diana. As a UK-registered therapist and mindset coach working worldwide online, I help passionate, meaning-driven people break through blocks and self-limiting behaviours and beliefs, to build a work life and personal life they love.

Having helped dozens of clients to move from self-doubt to building an aligned work and personal life they love, and having overcome my own challenges running a therapy and coaching business while dealing with challenging family and health situations, I know what it's like to lose momentum and doubt whether you can do it. The truth is, with the right support, strategies and tools, you can. Doing any kind of work (or any kind of daily living) takes time and energy, so you might as well get clear on what you want and build a business and life you actually love.

Clients experience me as open-minded, affirming, and focused on highly personalised creative solutions. I listen carefully, think outside the box, and speak like a human being (rather than in 'coach speak' or 'business speak'). I love my job and have a warm sense of humour.

In my personal life, I grew up in four countries on two continents as the child of a diplomat. As an adult, I have lived in London, New York, Rome, Hong Kong, and now Amsterdam. My background is international Dutch and Malaysian Chinese, and I am a native English speaker.

My husband is Italian and we have two young children. I have been a therapist and coach for 5 years and previously worked in the education and creative fields. I love a big meal with family and friends, stretches of time by the sea, kayaking while turtle spotting, and space to think, brainstorm and create.

As a Registered Member (MBACP) of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, I safeguard my clients’ interests by adhering to the BACP Ethical Framework. I am also a member of the BACP's Coaching Division.

I love working with passionate, creative thinkers who need that bit of fine-tuning and support to break through their blocks, trust themselves, and make big moves. If that sounds like you, please feel free to reach out.

This therapy and coaching practice is neurodivergent-friendly, anti-racist, multicultural, and inclusive to all genders, backgrounds and human beings.
